The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Republic of Moldova has received specialized equipment from the European Union Partnership Mission to Moldova (EUPM Moldova) to bolster the operations of the Operational Management Inspectorate and the General Inspectorate of Police.

As part of bilateral collaboration in internal affairs with France, several joint initiatives have been developed to enhance public order and bolster the security of Moldovan citizens. Minister of Internal Affairs Daniella Misail-Nichitin and the Ambassador of France to Moldova, Dominique Waag, reviewed the progress achieved and outlined future objectives.

The launch of the Capacity Building for Women in Police Association project, supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden and the Geneva Center for Security Sector Governance (DCAF), marks a significant step towards leveraging the potential of women and aligning security forces with the actual needs of the community.
