Progress and impact: evaluation of the implementation of the 2021-2024 Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova

 

The status of implementation of the 2021-2024 Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova was discussed during the Steering Committee meeting held today and attended by representatives of national authorities and of the Council of Europe. 

 

During the meeting, the state institutions presented the progress and challenges in the implementation process and future priorities.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) and the GS Foundation signed today a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which will strengthen the capacities of the National Police and the Border Police to fight crime and terrorism, which have been intensified by the Russian military aggression against Ukraine.
