Chisinau, June 12, 2024 - The Cabinet of Ministers approved today the Convention on Police Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium, signed in Brussels on April 29, 2024.

Starting June 7, 2024, Moldovan citizens can obtain their criminal records in any of the 24 official languages of the European Union through the Public Services Portal - https://servicii.gov.md. This new feature enhances the digital options offered by the e-Government Agency and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
 

On June 7, 2024, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Adrian Efros, met with a World Bank delegation led by Sameh Naguib Wahba, Regional Director for Sustainable Development at the Europe and Central Asia region.

Chisinau, June 5, 2024 - The Secretary of State, Andrei Cecoltan, held a meeting with a delegation, led by Director General of the Belgian Immigration Office, Freddy Roosemont, which was also attended by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Moldova, H.E. Evert Maréchal.

At the 8th European Civil Protection Forum, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Adrian Efros, and the Head of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, Colonel Alexandru Oprea, held a bilateral discussion with Janez Lenarčič, European Commissioner for Crisis Management.
