Foreign nationals with temporary or permanent residence rights, asylum seekers, stateless persons, beneficiaries of international or temporary protection, unaccompanied minors and other vulnerable individuals will enjoy same rights as Moldovan citizens.
The program, which will run from 2025 to 2027, ensures access to essential services such as healthcare and insurance, social assistance, education, Romanian language courses and vocational training programs.
Qualifications obtained in other countries will be recognized to help individuals enter the labour market more easily. In addition, the program provides support in securing decent housing and encourages active participation in the cultural and social life of the community.
Our goal is to ensure that everyone who chooses Moldova as a place to live feels part of the community - respected, supported and included. Everyone deserves equal opportunities and a place to belong.
