31 October 2025 The Moldovan Parliament has given a vote of confidence to the new Cabinet of Ministers led by Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu and approved the governing program “EU, Peace, Development”. During the session, the Prime Minister presented the main priorities of the Government, emphasizing that Moldova can be a free, dignified, and strong state, capable of developing alongside its European partners. The new Government aims to focus on European integration, economic development, modernization of public services, and enhancing citizens’ safety. The Government’s mission is to ensure that EU accession brings real and immediate benefits - investments, well-paid jobs, modern public services, and an efficient, citizen-friendly administration. “The Government will work for the well-being, prosperity, and European path of the Republic of Moldova”, stated the Prime Minister.
